The Master´s thesis „Stress evaluation, coping and reduction” deals with a very up-to-date subject of employees stress. It analyzes stress types, development, symptoms and influence on health and work results of employees. It also concentrates on factors which evoke the stress, their identification and elimination in corporate environment. The first part of my thesis focuses on theoretical analysis of the above-mentioned issues. Second, practical part deals with the process of finding and evaluting stress factors in a logistic company and its employees. Final part focuses on project of elimination of stress and its factors in the company.

The thesis deals with employee satisfaction and motivation system of the selected company. In five logical parts, the thesis gradually focuses on the introduction to the issue, literature research, where it discusses employee motivation, communication, workplace and team and employee benefits. The main part of the thesis describes the design and realizationof the questionnaire survey, the evaluation of the results and the assessment of the company's motivation system. Based on these findings, a proposal for possible improvements in specific areas is implemented.

Perception registered nurse on the part of other health professions

Aim of the bachelor's work were first to investigate how the profession of general nurse is taken in notice with other medical professions including doctors and non-medical workers in multidisciplinarian team. Second, to discuss the relationship during cooperation between other medical workers and general nurses. Third, compare the profession of general nurse in faculty hospital and in city hospital. Theoretical part determines term of "taking in notice", its characteristics, and discuss various factors related with taking in the notice during multidisciplinary cooperation . In the work I briefly describe history and actual situation in general nursing profession. Presented work is focused on qualificative personal and legislative predispositions of general nursing profession and other medical professions. Experimental part shows quantitative metod of data collection using request form including data collection, administration and investigation of returned data. In conclusion, evaluation of hypothesis correlated with aims of the bachelor's work is performed. "I and Thou" in the works of Buber and Fromm

Work will deal with the comparison of two great philosophers of the 20th century. Both connects the fact that they were born in a Jewish environment and fundamental philosophical discipline considered ethics. Therefore, both authors agree in their works devoted to the nature of the relationship, "I - Thou", as one of the most pressing philosophical themes. How is their view of this relationship different? What must we do to meet "Thou"? Can a human have a "I and Thou" relationship with god? How can we recognize, that we are in "I and Thou" relationship? These and other questions will be the main subject of my research.

Influencing of the working environment and conflict management

Thesis is focused on management of conflicts which could arise work environment. Theoretical part of thesis is centered around social and psychological apects of work interactions, its significance and influence on work performance, sums up undesirable phenomena at workspace. Last chapter is about conflicts and their solutions. The empirical part of the thesis focuses on the current climate in the selected organization. It investigates how the selected organization has so far solved the social behavior of its employees in the workplace. Above all, it focuses on conflicts and their influence on the working relationships that prevail in the chosen company, using of quantitative survey (semi-structured interviews and questionnaires). From the analysis of the obtained results, will be proposed an educational seminar as a feedback for the organization.

Past and present of Jívák settlement

The aim of this thesis is to conduct research of entire history of Jivák settlement in Central Bohemian region since its establishment in 1926 to the year of 2016. Importance of so-called normalization and transformation era will be stressed in this work. The author will also try to track certain matches or disagreements in the area of everyday life, coexistence with other settlers or participation on settlement's events based on interviews conducted with settlers of various age. Another aim of this work is to compare settlement's social life before and after the year 1989. Last but not least, author will try to find out, whether Jivak settlement served as a shelter from political and social reality in 1948-1989 Czechoslovakia.
